Monthly and Annual Facility Inspections
According to the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) federal regulations, all owners and operators of USTS must conduct 30-Day Walkthrough Inspections at their facility of spill buckets and release detection equipment every 30 days.
As a turnkey environmental contractor, our Compliance Inspection Program offers a unified approach to preventative maintenance and cost reduction that includes:
- Inspecting all spill containers, STP pumps, and under-dispenser confinement (UDC sumps) for water, debris, and hazardous substances monthly and maintain logs.
- Review tank monitor alarms and resolution history – all monitoring and leak detection equipment are inspected.
- Renewals and Registration updates with TCEQ and TDLR.
- Conduct and maintain all required Monthly and Annual UST testing and routine maintenance including Line and Leak Testing, SIR reports, 30 Day logs, ATG Testing and Sump inspections.
- Available Real Time Monitoring through Ace Petro’s Client Portal. You can access your tank status live 24/7, and view state required documents electronically at any time.
- Submit all state inspection documentation and handle state required paperwork to reduce NOV, Possible Unexpected Failures and 3rd Party Miscommunication
